Key benefits include:
• Relocation of original intercooler: By strategically moving original
intercooler, This upgrade greatly improves access to engine compartment.
Relocation also allows installation of key performance parts including
RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15050-1) & RIVA Pro-Series Power Filter Kit
(RS13050-06).
• Precision formed aluminum tubing: The high strength aluminum tubes are
shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Also, the rigid aluminum will not
swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved
throttle response.
• Integrated blow-off valve mount:
Intercooler tubing includes mount for
RIVA Pro-Series Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17081-BOV-SSQV) or RIVA Blow-
Off Valve Block-off Kit (RS17050-BVBO); both sold separately.
Kit includes
sturdy aluminum intercooler mounting bracket, high strength mandrel
bent aluminum tubing and all necessary mounting hardware & installation
instructions.
Requires installation of RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15050-1)
and RIVA Performance OPAS Block-off Kit (RS29050-1).

increasing horsepower! The 30% larger, wider core allows for better heat
transfer of compressed air from supercharger or turbo charger before enter-
ing engine. Worx Racing’s NEW Sea-Doo Intercooler is a direct replacement
of all Sea-Doo 4-tec external intercoolers and is suitable for all applications
from stock to open turbo watercraft. Unit comes with necessary water fittings
to suit OEM cooling applications, pressure bleed on front of unit and a
replaceable sacrificial anode to extend intercooler life.

Performance Intercooler Kit

INTAKE BLOCK-OFF
Made from billet aluminum, RIVA’s block-off plate fills
the opening in the 215 intake manifold left when the
stock intercooler is removed. Integrated fitting allows for
use of aftermarket boost gauge. Includes Viton o-ring
and is anodized to prevent corrosion.
