RIVA’s Blow-off Valve Kit improves
supercharger reliability and performance
by relieving unwanted pressure during
off-throttle operation. Reduces
supercharger clutch wear and eliminates heat soak in the discharge tube.
High-strength silicone hose with integrated blow-off valve installs easily in
place of OEM elbow joint. Includes K&N filter to prevent debris from entering
valve outlet. A simple and cost effective upgrade for both stock and modified
supercharged engines. Includes all necessary mounting hardware and
installation instructions.
Does not work with IBR models.

Upgrade Kit (RS17140-TK). Improves
supercharger reliability and
performance by relieving unwanted
pressure during off-throttle operation. Reduces supercharger clutch & gear
wear and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube. The body and all internal
components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large
1.98” (50.5mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a
very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware
for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal utilizes a Viton
O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. The valve stem and
guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The
blow-off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air
fitting and bolt, with oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
