The “O” shows the window closed indicating the tube is in the correct position. The “X” indicates when the tube is not in the proper position. Once the position is confirmed to be correct the six Safety Rod bolts need to be torqued to 15lb/ft (2.25kg/m), if you over torque the RRP Pole Tubes will be damaged. Shortest Longest 39” (99cm )
