One of the most common requests we have received was for the ability to check the Hot Products inventory. On the www.HotProductsUSA.com website we have created the “Inventory Lookup”. Just visit our website, enter the complete part number and submit; the system will supply you with a webpage showing you the result: Part Number, Description, Quantity Available and the MSRP. As with all businesses, we work very diligently to keep the information as accurate as possible. If you see a part that does not show as available, please contact us for an updated availability. Some parts and manufacturers are not available in the inventory look up and will supply a search result “Please call or email for availability”. In most cases these parts are available. To our valued dealers worldwide, During the Covid pandemic companies and industries around the world had to make changes to their business and operational plans to survive these trying times, our in- dustry faced these problems and we all struggled to improve business. Everything in the business world has changed and is changing daily in some cases: Manufacturers do not have enough staff to produce their products on time. Logistics and Shipping is chaos, the ports are overwhelmed with containers and do not have enough workers to process the incoming shipments, then once the ship- ment has cleared the port there is a truck and driver shortage to compound the de- lays and issues. We have been experiencing these issues for the past 2 1/2 years. In business a key objective is the ability to adapt to the trends and situations to sur- vive the new business model and structure that Covid has created, we feel we have achieved this and have the confidence in the industry to be a stronger business and distributor for the PWC industry around the world. In 2021 the supply issues and delays crippled segments of our industry, so we reached out to all of our manufacturers, suppliers and industry partners to instill the confidence that we have to increase production and inventory availability during the winter. In conjunction with this Hot Products made increased purchases during the off season and has the built the largest inventory in the company’s history, we are more prepared for the season and have purchase orders in place to keep inventory levels on hand to meet our dealer needs. With all the business and inventory planning we did this winter the 2022 catalog was delayed as we made the changes to our business. During the last three years the catalog has had many changes, for 2022 you will see a new design for easier use, expanded Vintage section and a new cable section. Over the past 20 years Hot Products has been a distributor for Hydro-Turf, but with the ownership change we will no longer a Hydro-Turf distributor, see the Closeout Section of the catalog for our Hydro-Turf inventory we have available. Our lives and business are very different after Covid but we are seeing some things comeback normal in some cases: The Mark Hahn Havasu 300 and the Best of the West Racing Series were very successful and look to be a very positive boost to our industry and we look forward to the 2022 IJSBA Jettrim World Finals.
