is Hot Products 30th Anniversary, the company was opened in December of 1984 by Scott Saito. In the beginning Hot
Products was the “ART” piston specialist and had a few other items that were imported from Japan, now the company has over
13,000
parts numbers in our system and is adding more everyday. We would not have been able to be in business this long without

Our vast experience and company’s hands on business approach allows us to follow the changing sales trends very closely, from
the smallest of items to the newest products released in the PWC market. Our 2014 catalog features the most diverse line of PWC
repair and performance products in the industry and is the one platform from which the industry utilizes for information everyday.
In 2013 we implemented our new business model that created partnerships and business alliances with our key vendors. These

All orders require a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card payment to release
the order for shipment. COD shipments are available but must be approved by
Hot Products when the order is placed.
All COD orders will incur a $12.00 COD
Service Charge

the actual UPS COD Fee) if the order is not paid via credit card.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Hot
Products offers free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more
within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The
following items are exceptions to the free freight policy and do not qualify: Beach
Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled and other oversized items. The UPS Ground rate
will be credited against the UPS Air Freight charges on all qualifying free UPS
Ground orders. *All shipping rates are the published UPS rates.

all orders are accepted.
