Hot Products, “The Premier Worldwide Personal Watercraft Parts
Distributor” is pleased to release the 2012 Hot Products High
Performance, Racing and Repair Parts Catalog.
In the spring of 2011 Hot Products went through a complete company
restructuring. This process included staffing, purchasing, inventory,
warehouse, shipping… This has been a great improvement for the
company and has allowed us to offer our dealers worldwide the best
customer service and inventory.
One of our core company values is Customer Service and the ability to
provide accurate product information at all times. Our catalog is created
to be the most complete and easy to use catalog in the industry, along
with the entire team at Hot Products who are always available to assist
you with all your needs, and be your #1 PWC Performance and Repair source and supplier.
The 2012 catalog proudly features the following enhancements:
• Our Four Stroke Feature sections have been expanded to 83 pages and include the most up to date information and all the new
parts available.
• A new feature section containing 10 pages to offer you information and parts for the growing markets in the Stand-up PWC
(Freestyle, Freeride and 1100 conversion) categories.
• Improved Electrical section featuring all of the OE replacement parts from WSM.
• We have once again this year expanded our inventory within our existing products lines to offer the most overall variety in the
PWC Industry. Also for 2012 we are distributors for Kommander Industries, JE Pistons, CP Pistons, Carrillo and Wossner Pistons
product lines.
Hot Products has always strived to contribute to the growth of the Personal Watercraft Industry and Racing, for 2012 Hot Products
will be participating in and sponsoring a record number of events to assist in the rebuilding of our sport.
The Hot Products Staff, Racers and I would like to send our appreciation to all of our dealers and vendors that have been part of
our great business and look forward to great year.

TERMS/SHIPPING USA
All orders require a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card payment to release
the order for shipment. COD shipments are available but must be approved by
Hot Products when the order is placed.
Hot Products will pay the UPS COD Fee
on orders $500.00 and up per shipment. However
any order under $500.00 will
incur a $11.00 UPS COD Service Charge
(the actual UPS COD Fee) if the order
is not paid via credit card.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Hot
Products offers free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more
within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The
following items are exceptions to the free freight policy and do not qualify: Beach
Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled and other oversized items. The UPS Ground rate
will be credited against the UPS Air Freight charges on all qualifying free UPS
Ground orders.
*All shipping rates are the published UPS rates.
Hot Products does not have a minimum order
