ADA RACING KAWASAKI 750/800 BIG BORE GIRDLE KIT -
SPECIAL ORDER ONLY
The ADA new Billet big bore head is available in both a Non-Girdle Big Bore Head
Shell and a Girdle Big Bore Head Shell. Domes will fit up to an 85mm bore size
and they are notched to fit around the head studs to allow for a larger compression
sealing o-ring than the standard domes.
Big bore domes for the Kawasaki 750/800. Squish relief is .010"@85mm with a 4
degree angle. These are a larger diameter than the ADA standard 750/800 domes
and are machined to fit around the head studs.

ADA KAWASAKI 800SXR BILLET GIRDLE HEAD
This head uses the stock head bolts and is completely sealed by O-rings, no head
gasket required. Dual water outlets for additional cooling. This head will work with
Factory Pipe’s 800 dry pipe.

Billet limited drop dome for the Kawasaki 800 SX-R. These domes have a .050”
drop at 82mm for use in Limited engines with a .060” base gasket.
