UPGRADE KIT 255HP
RIVA intercooler Upgrade Kit for the new RXP-X & RXT-X relocates the
original intercooler and significantly improves efficiency of the system with
upgraded components.
Key benefits include:
• Relocation of original intercooler: By strategically moving original
intercooler, we have greatly improved access to engine compartment.
Relocation also allows installation of key performance parts including RIVA
Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15050-1) & RIVA Pro-Series Power Filter Kit
(RS13056).
• Precision formed aluminum tubing: The high strength aluminum tubes are
shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Also, the rigid aluminum will not
swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved
throttle response.
• Integrated blow-off valve mount:
Intercooler tubing includes mount for RIVA
Pro-Series Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17081-BOV-SSQV) or RIVA Blow-Off
Valve Block-off Kit (RS17050-BVBO); both sold separately.
Kit includes
sturdy aluminum intercooler mounting bracket, high strength mandrel
bent aluminum tubing and all necessary mounting hardware & installation
instructions.
Requires installation of RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15050-1)
and RIVA Performance OPAS Block-off Kit (RS29050-1).

INTERCOOLER TUBING UPGRADE KIT
RIVA’s Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit significantly improves the performance
& reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all
racing and recreational performance craft.
Key features include:
• Precision formed aluminum tubing:
High strength aluminum tubes are
shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Rigid aluminum will not swell
under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved throttle
response & reliability.
• Integrated blow-off valve mount:
Intercooler tubing includes mount for HKS
Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17081-BOV-SSQV) or RIVA Blow-Off Valve Block-off
Kit (RS1750-BVBO); both sold separately. Use of blow-off valve reduces
wear and tear on clutch & drive gears of supercharger and eliminates heat
soak in discharge tube.
• High quality silicone couplers & stainless steel clamps.
Fits all 09-12 Sea Doo craft with S3 hulls (RXT/GTX S3 models) along with
2012 RXP-X 260 T3 hull. Requires use of RIVA ‘GEN-3’ Power Cooler (part#
RS1752-PC) or OEM `08~10 Sea Doo 255/260 intercooler. Not compatible
with smaller 11-12 OEM intercoolers.
