intercooler system for the Sea Doo
215hp engine! The RIVA ‘GEN-2’ Power
Cooler is our next generation intercooler
system featuring a new "double wide"
cooler element for maximum efficiency.
Delivers an increase of 18 peak horse-
power over original intercooler providing arm-wrenching results on the
water. The ‘GEN-2’ Power Cooler features a large, unrestricted core that
exhibits minimal pressure loss. The cooling element is dramatically more
efficient than the stock unit with exit temperatures averaging 50°F cooler
than stock. This delivers cooler, denser air for increased performance
throughout the RPM range. Includes integrated blow-off valve mount that
will accept RIVA Blow-Off Valve kits (sold separately) for improved
supercharger reliability and performance. Use of Blow-Off Valve also
reduces supercharger clutch wear and eliminates heat soak in discharge
tube or the buyer has the choice to purchase the RIVA Blow-Off Valve
Block-off kit. Power Cooler Kit contains all necessary mounting hardware
and installation instructions.
Requires use of RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15050-ET, RS15050-1)
and RIVA O.P.A.S. Block-off Kit (Performance or Pro-Series • RS29950,
RS29985, RS29050-1).

Riva intercooler Upgrade Kit
for the new RXP-X & RXT-X relo-
cates the original intercooler and
significantly improves efficiency of the system with upgraded components.
Key benefits include:
• Relocation of original intercooler: By strategically moving original intercool-
er, we have greatly improved access to engine compartment.
Relocation
also allows installation of key performance parts including RIVA Rear
Exhaust Kit (RS15050-1) & RIVA Pro-Series Power Filter Kit (RS13056).
• Precision formed aluminum tubing: Our high strength aluminum tubes are
shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Also, the rigid aluminum will
not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved
throttle response.
• Integrated blow-off valve mount:
Intercooler tubing includes mount for
RIVA Pro-Series Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17080-BV-PS) or RIVA Blow-Off
Valve Block-off Kit (RS17050-BVBO); both sold separately.
Kit includes
sturdy aluminum intercooler mounting bracket, high strength mandrel
bent aluminum tubing and all necessary mounting hardware & installation
instructions.

Our Blow-off Valve Kit
improves supercharger reliabil-
ity and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during off-throttle oper-
ation. Reduces supercharger clutch wear and eliminates heat soak in dis-
charge tube. High-strength silicone hose with integrated blow-off valve
installs easily in place of OEM elbow joint. Includes
K&N filter to prevent debris from entering valve outlet. A simple and cost
effective upgrade for both stock and modified supercharged engines.
Includes all necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions.

INTAKE BLOCK-OFF
Made from billet aluminum, our block-off plate fills
the opening in the 215 intake manifold left when the
stock intercooler is removed. Integrated fitting allows for
use of aftermarket boost gauge. Includes Viton o-ring
and is anodized to prevent corrosion.
