Do Speed has developed this spacer and
mounting bracket specifically to be used
in combination with a UMI steering sys-
tem on a RXP-X or RXT-X. The spacer
prevents water from entering the engine
compartment and the bracket creates a
clean and safe installation of the OEM
Sea Doo warning system signal.

HANDLE BAR STEERING MOUNT COVER AND
SAFETY SWITCH BRACKET
When you install aftermarket handlebars on your Sea Doo using the OEM
steering system the OEM pad cover will no longer fit. AP Designs has devel-
oped this new pad to allow for the bars to fit properly and protect you while
riding your Sea Doo as well as to cover the ugly cast steering system. Also
developed in conjunction with this cover is a safety switch mounting bracket.

UMI RXP TRIM/SWITCH HOUSING
U.M.I.’s trim/switch housing is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum,
replacing the stock plastic housing. Trim/switch housing uses the factory vari-
able trim switch and start/stop switch. This housing must be used with the
U.M.I. GSX/RXP (P/#58-6321) steering system, aftermarket bars and finger
throttle.
