COD shipments are available but must be approved by Hot Products when the order is placed. All COD orders will incur a $25.00 COD Service Charge . All orders will be shipped via FedEx One Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Hot Products offers free on orders of $250.00 or more within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The following items do not qualify for the free freight policy: Beach Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled, Hydro-Turf, Jettrim and other bulky and oversized items. The FedEx Ground or UPS Ground rate will be credited against the Air Freight charges on all qualifying free orders. *All shipping rates are the published rates. Just visit our website, enter the complete part number and submit; the system will supply you with a webpage showing you the result: Part Number, Description, Quantity Available and the MSRP. As with all businesses, we work very diligently to keep the information as accurate as possible. If you see a part that does not show as available, please contact us for an updated availability. Some parts and manufacturers are not available in the inventory look up and will supply a search result “Please call or email for availability”. In most cases these parts are available. For 2023 The World Series has grown to four tour stops: Poland, France, USA and Thailand Congratulation to everyone involved in this tour, your hard work and dedication is the key to the success of this series. In business there is the beginning and at some point, there is as end, in early 2023 our industry suffered a great loss when the Stuart Family owners of Skat-Trak and the announced it was stopping production of its PWC products/parts and closing the Skat-Trak PWC division of Skat-Trak. Skat-Trak was one of the original pioneers in our industry and by far is, was and always will be the leader in PWC performance. During the golden age of the PWC industry and Racing Skat-Trak was the title spon- sor of the IJSBA World Finals for more years than any other company. In our 2023 Hot Products catalog, you will see that we have left all of the Skat-Trak parts and in- formation as this information can be used as reference as other companies work on creating products that can replace the loss of the Skat-Trak products. In April 2023, Rick Roy of the Rickter-RRP company announced the hull division has stopped production of the Rickter hulls. This is only a temporary situation as they fi- nalize manufacturing plans and structure of the company. All of the RRP parts and chin pads are still in production and in stock at RRP USA located at Hot Products. We look forward to a successful season and the rebuilding of our industry.
